Product Inspection Expertise
Expertise and Standardized Inspection Process
BROOKTEX product inspectors undergo regular, specialized training across diverse industries, including Softlines (Garments, Footwear, Textiles), Hardlines (Toys, Electronics & Electrical, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Eyewear), and more.
Our comprehensive inspection criteria cover product function, performance, overall appearance, and dimensions.
For all non-food product inspections, we utilize the internationally recognized ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. This ensures that the products inspected are a truly representative sample, rather than a selective sample chosen by the supplier. We determine the appropriate sample size and acceptance threshold using the international Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) standard.
